    I dont know shit about plating and would say that maybe the plating could use some work.

    That being said, this looks and sounds delicious!!

    When I think of this subreddit, I think of aesthetics, this is not it. It almost looks like lasagna if you didn’t know it’s chicken. Back to the drawing board.

    For the sake of good eating, I wouldn’t have the sauce under and over the chicken – will sog out the crust too quickly. In simple terms I’d put the wet stuff on the side and the dry garnishes on top. Tough to plate fried chicken well.
