Chicken Piccata Inspired by The Office! (Funny Scene)

Chicken piccata with a side salad anyone? This show and this scene gets me everytime😂 This dish comes together quickly and is simple, bright and refreshing. I get why everyone ordered it😉 Recipe from @recipe_tin

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
4 Tbsp flour
2 ½ Tbsp parmesan cheese, finely grated
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 ½ Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter

Lemon sauce:
⅔ cup dry white wine
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp capers in brine, drained
1 ½ tsp parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:
Cut each breast into 3-4 slices. Drizzle with ½ tablespoon olive oil.
Mix flour, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl. Coat both sides of chicken pieces in mixture.
In a large skillet on medium heat, cook chicken pieces (3 minutes per side).
Remove chicken from skillet and give quick wipe with paper towel. Keep heat on medium heat and add wine. Let reduce for about 3 minutes.
Add lemon and simmer for another minute.
Reduce heat and add butter. Once melted add capers and parsley. Serve chicken with sauce.
