    The description sounds delicious. Visually it’s lacking. A black/darker plate perhaps? I do really think the dish seems wonderful.

    Do a tomato reduction as the base of your risotto to give it a nice darker color, then do the lemon sauce as a circle or drops around it, lose the sauce over the fish, and move the asparagus to the top.
