Sounds delicious. The plating is ridiculous. This looks like the dessert at a swingers buffet in 1989.

Lol y’all are so savage here. No joke r/roastme is a bunch of coddling helicopter mom’s in comparison. I am not culinary beyond liking to eat. I’d absolutely smash, but I’m a rego basic bitch. So wth what do I even know.
The umbrella is super cheese, but it makes me laugh, so I actually love it.
I love the posts that are like universally agreed to be good plating, but y’all are all still like this is great, that being said something sucks, I just can’t put my finger on it. Chef’s always striving for perfection and I love it, absolutely makes me appreciate the agonizing thought that goes into every dish from taste to presentation, I say that unironically and honestly

I like the little umbrella and neon red cherry. Feels hokey and retro in a really fun way.

That’s more of a whip than a foam…
Edit: it’s just a coconut whip for sure

I think it’s really cute and fun. If I got a little drunk umbrella in that at a restaurant I’d literally be over the moon. It sounds delicious and it looks fun.
