    My take: less or none of the outside micro garnish, with the brown sugar it ends up just looking like weeds from dirt. The stark color contrast between the semifreddo and the brown sugar is lost with all the noise as well. I think utilizing the white as your actual palette and leaving the focus there is going to benefit the overrall appearance. Sounds tasty tho for sure!

    Just to add, love the plate too. Out of your post history this is your best plating attempt imo, so improving definitely!

    Bro is that micro cilantro all over this?…… lose the greens. They’re ruining the whole plate

    This is getting there, but that plate is doing you no favours. It’s way too busy. The standard is to plate on white for a reason: the plate is your canvas, and nothing should distract from the food.

    I’d get rid of the outsode border of sugar and micros. The center looks great though.
