    I don’t really like chicken breast in the slow cooker in the first place. But I mean it’s perfectly food safe, whether or not the texture will be fine is a different story.

    Assuming it’s been safely frozen the whole time, all you really need is to submerge it in something. It may have dried out a bit, it doesn’t look like all the air was squeezed out of the bag. You could do it with some canned tomatoes and chiles, some cream of chicken soup, canned chili, or any nice simmering sauce you’ve got in a jar.
