Sauteed Zucchini


  • 1 ½ pounds zucchini
  • Pan spray
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

    2 servings


    1. Wash, trim and slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
    2. Heat a large nonstick pan until it is very hot; reduce heat to medium-high and spray with pan spray; then add the oil.
    3. Saute zucchini until slices are brown on both sides and tender.
