    Having a hard time with scale. Which Traeger model is this? I feel like I could only do 4 max in my ironwood 650. I’m excited to see how this goes …

    Well if you are going to put the effort into prepping 10lbs, you might as well do 80lbs if you have the room. I figure if I am smoking for 12+ hours might as well make it worth my while. Seal-a-meal and pulled pork for months.
