It's the wagyu corn beef posted earlier today. Smoked to 160, wrapped and cooked to 205 about 7 hours overall. Very moist and flavorful. Next time I'll let it soak in water for longer than 8 hours to get more brine out of it, but very yummy

    I didn’t read the caption at first and thought this was an attempt at brisket. I had a moment of silence before I realized it was corn beef. Looks great!
