I mixed ground beef, a couple eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic, onion powder, bbq rub, sautéed onions and garlic, breadcrumbs and a little bit of milk. Cooked at 325 for about an hour, topped with ketchup brown, sugar yellow mustard and Worcestershire sauce and let it tack up for another ten or so minutes. Bonus sides of roasted carrots and garlic mashed potatoes.

Is the jury in? What did you decide? Worth the hype? Looks delicious

  3. Looks great! My favorite part of smoked meatloaf is that there is no end to what you can throw in with it. Jalepenos, onions, cheese, etc.

Nice job looks great! Smoked meatloaf is easy and surprisingly good.

I usually do a mixture of one pound ground beef/one pound ground pork, and skip the parmesan 100%; but otherwise our recipes are similar

Interesting you used ketchup brown. I usually use ketchup red. Is the brown like BBQ sauce?
