Purchased party wings at Costco. Dried them off. Put olive oil on them. seasoned with some “weber kickin chicken” and some blackened seasoning on some. Put on the cold grill. Set to 400°. After about 25 minutes I turned them all over then at about an hour I pulled them off. Probably could have gone about 5 minutes less since some of the really small ones were dried out a bit but I’d say about 80% were perfect and crispy.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

Welp, I know what I’m doing Friday night now.
Prep time was like 10min or less. You could be eating them tonight if you wanted to!
All of a sudden, people (not you) act like cooking wings is difficult. Heat the damn smoker, put the wings on, and let em cook. Aint no trick to it.
I just did mine on Saturday! They were awesome!
Only thing I’d be worried about is the thick dirty smoke on startup
