Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

Eat more fattier cuts, I was most satisfied with very rare ribeyes. Good luck. Once you get thru the beginning tough parts, life is good.

Man what kind of pseudo science blog convinced you to cut fruit and vegetables out of your diet 😅

Ah the carnivore diet. One of my least favorite favorite memories was having a patient talking on and on about how much healthier they’ve felt and how much healthier they became once they started it. Doc paused during the procedure to lean over and go “sir, you’re having a fucking heart attack”. Procedure was to fix the patients massive heart attack. Don’t smoke (tobacco) or eat just straight up fats and red meats and def don’t do both together.

Are briskets always supposed to be dry? I am asking seriously here. Like when I make them, skinny part is a bit dry but the thick point is great. Any pointers?
