


Followed the Meat Church pulled pork no wrap recipe. I overly seasoned it with Honey Hogg and it came out amazing!
225 for like 10 hours, once the internal temp reached 175, I cranked the traeger up to 275 to finish. I took the pork out when it was at just above 200. Pulled easy as f.

Can’t argue with results. The only reason I wrapped in competition was to preserve the color like in your first pic but my home cooks, looked like your last pic. 😂
