Welcome Back to It’s Cooking Good. This simple Meatloaf Recipe can be knocked up super quick and is sure to please the whole family. In a mixing bowl add Beef Mince, Breadcrumbs, Dried Thyme, Minced Garlic, Minced Onion, Diced Red Pepper, Beef Stock Cube, Milk, Worcester Sauce and a good squeeze of Ketchup. Combine and place in two sheets of foil lined with Greaseproof Paper (use a loaf tin if preferred). Place in the oven pre heated to 180C for 45 Minutes. Pull from the oven, unwrap and brush over a mix of ketchup and American Mustard. Place back in the oven for 20 minutes. Slice and enjoy with mash potato and your favourite vegetables and of course lashings of gravy!!

Ingredients:
1KG Beef Mince
2 slices Bread made into Fresh Breadcrumbs
1TBSP – Dried Thyme
1TBSP – Worcester Sauce
2TBSP – Tomato Ketchup
2 Cloves Garlic – Minced
1 Beef Stock Cube
150ML Milk
1 Red Pepper – Diced
1 Onion – Grated

For The Glaze:
2TBSP Tomato Ketchup
2TBSP – American Mustard
