Got 2 hand me down Traegers, as my previous posts shared. I'm upgrading one to this Meatender controller.
It features a Chef mode where you can offset the reading from the controller to be offset to match the temp at the center of the grill while the sensor stays in it's normal location, about a 20 degree delta T.
Tried several times to program the 20 degrees, but it appears not to take. I do see am "ErP" or similar code come up on the display when trying?
Anyone have any luck with this feature?

Never seen that option before post some pictures of the grill so be can see what your working with I just redid my bb07c
