Broke out the Pro 22 for the second time ever today. I used a pork rub local to the area around me and applewood Traeger pellets. Top I did 3-2-1 at 225° which really ended up being 2:45-45-45. Bottom was no wrap. Topped with Kinder’s Hot Honey bbq sauce at 250° for 45. No wrap ended up being better IMHO just because of a little extra smokey flavor but both came out great.
