Please leave them at the store. I’ll do everyone a favor and take them home, so you guys can have the briskets.
In seriousness, first time eating these and they ruined brisket for me. Unreal levels of taste.

That’s why the only beef ribs I mess with are beef back ribs.

Would be really great to have some info on this cook

Dino ribs are great but do not go above choice grade. Too much fat. I prefer Select for that cut

Had us in the first half. My absolute favorite piece of meat to smoke. Whenever I visit a BBQ joint, I always check for dino’s or burnt ends.

Yes please they are awful. No one buy them and create more demand for it.

I can’t find them in the store with any meat on them. the beef ribs I see are trimmed down to the bone to make bigger steaks i suppose.

Very nice. I’ve always enjoyed cooking them and brisket equally. But there’s just something nicer about taking the whole rib in hand and biting into it.
Also I have to make do with beef ribs as I don’t eat pork and lamb ribs aren’t nearly worth the effort in my experience.

Yep I honestly never liked brisket that much but Dino Ribs really do it for me. I always recommend the ones from Coopers for people who have never developed a taste for them because they are nice and crispy/salty instead of sweet which turns a lot of people off
