Making wings for friends and fam getting together to watch the Bills game. Wanted to give the 0-400 method a try but decided to run at a lower smokier temp for a bit before bumping up temps. Used 8lbs of wings and rubbed with a mix of Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Mustard Seed, Celery Seed, & and pinch of Sugar. Threw on with the Traeger cold, started and Targeted a temp of 225 for 30minutes. Then bumped to 400 for 45minutes, flipped halfway through. Tossed in Franks Red Hot and Buthere. Go Bills!

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

I so wanted to make these today but couldn’t find any wings when I was at Costco.

I did 0-400 yesterday. Very good

Forgive me, but I assume the wings are refrigerated at the beginning, as opposed to frozen.
