Honestly got no lemon flavour at all from this, even though there was a really pretty slice hiding at the bottom! The olives were very neutral but tasty. The fish itself was very firm and flaky, you could almost say dry but not really. Just a very solid piece of fish. Would be great on a salad or pasta as it holds together well. Can comes with a ton of oil so be careful opening it! I spilled mine everywhere 🥲

Honestly not my favourite, especially for the price. I have had better entry level cans for the same flavour profile & texture so you are not missing out by not having this one. Like I have seen others say- there is nothing that makes these anchovies "unique" in fishy flavour. I would most closely compare it to a plain tuna in juices/water can

    Those were better as an ingredient imo. One by itself was very firm and a bit dry. I mixed the rest with some chopped serranos, green onion, more lemon juice, and put it on a tostada.
