Absolutely thrilled with the Ironwood XL. Smoked the brisket for 15 hours total then rested in the oven until slicing time. Also made Oktoberfest beer bratwurst on the Traeger the day of serving to guests.

    Looks great, now get ready for 3 bad ones before you get it right again! Lol. Pro tip for the mash, smoke a head of garlic for a couple hours until it’s soft, then mash it into the spuds
