Hi folks. I ordered an ironwood xl that had a style/bundle for grill + pellets + cover. Amazon is telling me that I don't get the pellets or cover because it was not in the product description. So in case you buy it from them thinking youre getting a great deal, prepare to be disappointed.

I would call and ask to speak to a supervisor. The low level agents at Amazon nowadays SUCK. They don’t know anything, they tell you the wrong information, and then all say different things. It’s really bad.
Fuck a bot, call a person. Email somebody. You get that fucking cover. Make them give you an extra bag of pellets for the hassle
