I buy them pre seasoned from the grocery store. I sauce mine after they are done in some butter, franks and sriracha. 0-400. 60 mins. Flip and rotate at 30.

    I prefer cooking at 180 for an hour. Then crank it up to 450 for 10 minutes per side
