  1. Maybe endorse the soup with your picture on the front. Some company to manufacture. Bet it will sell. 😂

  2. I have quite few kabocha squash left from my garden and wondered what else I could do and this is perfect!

  3. Are kabocha pumpkins available in grocery stores? I'm guessing that the pumpkin sold at Halloween / Thanksgiving might not work well. Other pumpkins or other squashes that might be good substitutes? Acorn squashes for a party of two?

  4. Pumpkin tends to be quite sweet and less dense than an an acorn squash, so it wouldn't be my first choice for a squash-based soup. But I think the idea is great and it will be an American Thanksgiving hit. I thought the pumpkin would collapse and leak after cooking but it looks great!

  5. Could you please replace bird flu chicken stock in tetra packs with organic vegetable stock ? It will taste richer & much more flavourful, thank you . . .

  6. I make pumpkin soup constantly, my wife’s coworkers request it all of the time. I love the fall when sugar pumpkins are in season. I don’t serve in the pumpkin however, but it’s a great presentation.
