Confused about 2. The cuts on the fish seem kinda random? Maybe it’s just the arrangement.
Also, if you say it’s seared, should there not be a visible sear on the plate?

You need a new photographer. The composition, color and what exactly is the star of each dish is way off. These are terrible photos. Photo 1 is dark, unappetizing, and the plate at the bottom with what I assume is a haemuljeon is an unappetizing afterthought. Photo 2 is dark, crowded, messy and all you see are a bunch of plates. Whoever photographed this does not do food photography professionally. Food photography is much different than portraiture or object photography. This needs to be a redo.
