Bacon, Egg, and Cream Cheese Bagels

Ingredients (for 2 bagels):
• 4-6 slices of crispy bacon
• 4 scrambled eggs
• Cream cheese
• 2 bagels (halved and toasted)
• Salt
• Black pepper

Instructions:
1. Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper until well beaten. Pour the eggs into the skillet with a little bit of olive oil and scramble over medium heat until fully cooked.
3. Toast the bagel halves to your desired level of crispiness.
4. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
5. Place crispy bacon slices on one half of each bagel.
6. Top with scrambled eggs.
7. Cover with the other half of the bagel.
