Looks like it probably tastes good, but nothing about the plating seems to add anything to the dish.
What’s the mushed up red stuff on top of the burrata?
I think when using burrata, it’s such a beautiful white color to contrast with the tomatoes, we should let more of the white shininess show through, rather than cover it with… Something. Overall this looks very busy.

Nice food and I like the balence I would just put the condiment on the bottom, but keep everything in a ring then put the burrata on top and finish with herbs
