



Bought a kettle Joe on Wednesday showroom model for 400 euros and first time smoking ribs on it yesterday. Ribs were smoked using apple wood for 1,5 hour and than wrapped in aluminium with pork fat and homemade bbq sauce and back on the joe for 2 more hours. Results were fall of the bone ribs and very juicy. Very happy with the bbq and the ribs. Next time I'm doing 1-1,5 hours wrapped to get more bite on the ribs.
