    For the ingredients!

    – Potatoes
    – Leeks
    – Apple
    – Parsnip
    – Curry Powder
    – Garam Masala
    – Onion
    – Coconut milk
    – Limes

Basically it’s made like a leek potato pure soup!

So you saute the onion and leek, add the potatoes, then add the spices, eventually the broth.

Then add the apples and blend it!

Sounds similar to a Vichyssoise I’d leave out the curry. I prefer curry in Muligatawny soup. Does the curry over power the taste of the leeks? Leeks are very delicate especially the white parts.
