This was my first pulled pork on a Kamado Joe Classic, it was a 4lb boneless hickory smoked cooked at 250-60F wrapped at 160F upped temperature to 300F checked and pulled at 205F and put in a cooler for a hour, for a total time of 5 hours. Put on a bun, a Carolina apple vinegar based sauce with a coleslaw topping!!!
Turned out fantastic!!!!
