To max out on the sauce, some of us (me…) like to apply the *mashed potatoes strategy:* make a hole in the middle of the rice after self-serving, then fill it to the brim (and beyond) with sauce (what we call ä *Seeli* in Swiss German, lit.: a “little lake”) 😉
