duck congee used the leftover duck pieces, bones etc. too easy not much extra seasoning required.
place all the duck pieces, bones and sauces from making the Cantonese roast duck into a pot, simmer for about 60mins or so should be fine to extract all the flours. then used this liquid for the congee.
