I made some simple cookies that don’t involve any mixing, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Sugar Cookie Tarts, and here is how I made them.
Ingredients:
mini cupcakes pan
mini cupcake liners
1 roll of Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
2 bags of miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees and line your pan with the cupcake liners.
2. Cut dough into 9 slices about 1 inch thick. Then cut the slices into quarters.
3. Place each cookie dough quarter into each tart and press a peanut butter cup in the center of each tart.
4. Bake in your preheated oven for 9 minutes. Then let cool in pan for about 2 minutes before transferring to cooling rack to cool completely.
5. Once completely cooled either serve the cookies or place the tarts in a cookie tin and store in the fridge.
