What specifically is the issue? I was able to get new bands for my Classic I from Kamado Joe a few months ago and I sourced Classic I hinges online. It could be that you need new springs, which I’ve also been able to get directly from Kamado Joe CS by reaching out and asking.

I’ve got a custom strap for my Joetisserie on my two to hold it down. Otherwise it works great. Made it all fancy out of old climbing rope 😁
I don’t know if this is a joke, but you can literally buy every part of the grill separately and build it yourself.
