It is with a heavy heart that I bring this heartbreaking news to this fine community. I decided to open the box and after removed the accessories (it was a bundle pack that included the joetisserie, 2 bags of jump charcoal and a grill cover) I saw a big crack on the lid. After removing the cardboard cover that’s when I saw the real damage. RIP. No Christmas bbq this year 🙁

Awww man that sucks !!! Was there damage to the pallet. Looks like a for dropped it. Then hit it a few times to make sure it was DOA

Very sorry… It took me 3 attempts to get my KJ2. The freight company Walmart used was a joke. I finally ordered from Ace Hardware to have local delivery.

Sad you won’t get to try it on Christmas day, but my absolute favorite is cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning! It sounds crazy, but just trust me you have to try it!
