


First time doing smoked bacon. Used my 780 pro. Both cured for 7 days, 1 maple cured and the other honey cured.
Once smoked, left to cool down and then wrapped in cling film and left to rest overnight in the fridge.
Delighted with the outcome, the flavors are unbelievable. Can’t wait to do more 🐖🥓
