Had a craving for sucuk after drinking a few rum cokes. The bottom was a bit charred but I’m really happy that I didn’t pour the hot oil on myself. It was a 10/10 though

    Next time triple the amount of slices, slice a tomato and grate each side down to the skin, stir around and finish with 1-2 cracked eggs among those juicy slices of sucuk, simmer until pan juices and tomato juice is reduced. Thank me later 👍

    If you stack/slice the edges like a clock and stabby a hole in the middle they’ll cook flat in the pan.
