Need help with this dwarf (?) cherry tomato plant

It is store bought and flowering. I think the pot is abit too small for the plant? There is 5 stems but they seemed lumped together. I’m cautious to repot because it’s fruiting… I’m afraid repotting will cause all the plump and beautiful tomatoes to fall off. There is also some dry and crispy leaves – what could be the cause of it? Did I not water the plant enough? I water it daily, and it sits by the balcony. One baby tomato fell off the plant today… how do I minimise this?

What do you think? Is this one plant? Should I repot? Or wait until it’s done fruiting? TIA!

buy a bag of mushroom compost or cow manure and put a couple of handfulls around the base. as a general rule, plants THRIVE when left undisturbed.

I would repot it in a much bigger pot. It will stress the plant in any case but if you are gentle enough it will bounce back quickly.

Can I ask your general location? In my area my tomatoes needed water every day, but a container is different and will lose moisture quickly in a hotter, more humid area.

I wouldn’t repot unless the roots are busting out the bottom, to avoid stressing the plant
