With and without cured salmon. Red onions, sour cream with dill and white fish roe.

    I’ve always been afraid of frying food but now I tried baking the latkes in an oven tray. Turned out great!

    8 small/medium potatoes
    1 onion
    1 egg
    1 tbs flour
    Salt
    Pepper
    Peanut oil

    I preheated the peanut oil in a glas tray, then dropped the latkes in the tray and fried them in the oven until golden brown.
