Well, the issue is pretty obvious – the air leak in the back is giant, and I think it is because the metal part of the hinge that is attached to the band around the lid is bent. You can see that the top is of the hinge is not flush with the bottom part, but actually raised by about 10°, although the lod is closed in the front.
Which parts need replacing?

Looks like the band is not seated properly.
Yeah I did a post on this a while back.
1. Put your hinge tool on as tight as possible
2. Loosen bolts that connect hinge to grill
3. Tighten upper and lower bands
4. Tighten hinge tool until it can’t go any tighter
5. Re-tighten bolts that hold hinge to grill
6. Make sure your lid is all lined up
7. Remove hinge tool.
