    Recipe;

    The brown sauce was; plums, orange juice, shallots, garlic and thyme.

    White sauce was, shallot cooked in white wine, apple cider vinegar, butter.

    Leek with miso, and pork tenderloin with salt and pepper

    Potato mash with potatoes

    Then topped with fried salie and salie oil
