Why are you worried about that? It’s not going to impact performance, you can’t see it from the outside and if it develops into something worse you have a lifetime warranty that will cover you. Spend your time worrying about something relevant.

It’s up to you. I wouldn’t worry unless you see cracks. You could do a first burn and see if it has any more cracks in the ceramic.
Personally I wouldn’t let it bum me out. Just make sure you keep the pics and file your warranty.
