My first ever batch of homemade salsa, not the best, but not the worst.
I used a food processor that was much too small for the recipe so my proportions are all out of whack. Too much cilantro and the Roma tomatoes were not ripe enough… But next time it’ll be better!

You can fix the ripe issue by simmer it in a pot if it bothers you.

I use cans of large diced tomatoes. I would suggest using them unless you want to grill/char ypur tomatoes
