Açorda de gamba e carabineiro (bread dish with shrimp, egg yolk, coriander)

My favorite dish at Portugalia Tasca (Amsterdam). They said the shrimps were caught from the deep sea. They had stronger flavor than usual shrimps (in a good way). Their other dishes were also 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
