These amazingly tender scallops come swimming in a decadent sauce of tomato, onion, red pepper and white whine. The smell when opening the tin was of a rich, deep and slow cooked tomato sauce. The scallops were tender and rich with the flavor of the sauce and the sea.. Served over spaghetti cooked with garlic butter, onion powder, garlic powder and parsley. An absolute must try!

    Their number 35 — sardines with tomatoes and onions — is quite tasty. I should give this one a go.
