Like to give my Salsa Verde a little kick up with Habanero.

3 Tomatillo
2 Jalapeno
1 Serrano
1 Small Habanero
3 Garlic Cloves
Small bunch of Cilantro
Kosher Salt to taste
Pinch of MSG

Note I do not use lime as I find the Tomatillos typically add enough acid.

    Not a lime fan either for salsa, but I will add a capful of white vinegar. It helps the salsa last longer in the fridge.
