First time making a milder salsa verde and it came out perfect
Ingredients:
2 jalepeno
10 tomatillos
1 whole white onion
A bunch of cilantro
(Insert any amount) garlic cloves
2 limes
1 poblano pepper
1 green bell pepper
S&P
2 teaspoons of Sugar
Half cup of water
Garlic powder
I oiled charred the peppers, onion, tomatillos and garlic under the broiler for 15-20 min, then blended everything to my desired consistency. Added lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder and sugar. I guesstimated everything aside from the sugar. It’s finally a salsa my wife can handle since I usually make things spicy, but this one has the tiniest of kicks but it’s still there for everyone to enjoy.
Hope people like this!

How’d it taste?? I tried something similar once but added too much cilantro and that’s all I could taste hahah.
Nah, sugar is crazy brah. Caramelized onions and Tomato los have enough already
