Preparation

  1. Place the raisins in a small cup, cover with boiling water and let soak for 20 minutes. Drain the raisins and place them in the container of a blender. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with ijeh.
