4 tomatillos, 4 romas, 1 pompano, 1 jalapeño, a head of garlic, a red bell pepper, 1/2 a white onion, 1/2 a red onion, broiled until charred then pulsed. Added lime juice, salt, cumin, and a dash of cayenne pepper.
