I want to make sausages like this for a bento box but what brand of vegan sausage would work to curl out like that when fried and are tiny? I don't buy faux meats often so i don't know sorry. Thank you

Maybe try litelife smart dogs? Not my favorite but I skewered and spiral cut some around chopsticks and grilled them and they did ok.
In Sweden we have those Anamma prinskorv. But probably not available in other countries.

Well maybe you can try with a zucchini or another squash or something, as do you really need a faux product when many vegetables and fruit do it all for you??
