DIY ENERGY BARS, AKA GRANOLA BARS WITHOUT THE GRANOLA! There was much controversy about these in the comments on the NYT Cooking website, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But this recipe is a great template for making homemade “energy bars” using whatever nuts and dried fruits you like. It’s very easy to customize and make your own, which I enjoy.

Energy Bars!! ❤❤❤
Making your own granola bars is the best! I just tried it a couple weeks ago and I used Biscoff cookie butter as a binder and holy moly were they good! 😋
Looks delicious! Good way to get rid of extra ingredients
So the kids are calling it an Energy Bar now huh? Rockin the hoops
Oh, those poor starving kitties…… Back to the recipe…Thanks!
